EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR MPPGCL VARIOUS POSTS RECRUITMENTS
Assistant Engineer / Manager Electrical & Assistant Engineer / Manager Civil (Trainee) : Candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree in a related field with 65% (SC/ST: 55% Marks) marks and four years of experience are eligible for the positions of assistant engineer and manager for electrical systems and assistant engineer and manager for civil systems (trainee).
Account Officer / Manager Finance (Trainee) : Candidates with a CA degree in chartered accounting are eligible for these positions.
Fire Officer : Candidates for these positions must have a BE or B.Tech degree in fire engineering with 65% (SC, ST, or EWS: 50%) marks.
Law Officer: Candidates for these positions must have a bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%) marks.
Shift Chemist : Candidates for the position of shift chemist must have successfully completed their M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum score of 65% (SC, ST, or EWS: 55% Marks).
Manager HR Trainee: Manager HR Trainee: Candidates must have an MBA HR or PGDM degree with 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%) marks in order to be considered for this position.
Junior Engineer Plant / AM Plant (Trainee) : Junior Engineer Plant/AM Plant Trainee – Candidates for these positions must have a diploma in engineering in a related trade or branch with a minimum grade of 65% (SC/ST/EWS: 55%).
BE / B.Tech Candidates are also eligible for this posts.
Management Executive (Contract) : Management Executive (Contract) – Candidate Who have MBA Finance / PGDM Finance with 60% Marks (SC / ST / EWS : 50% Marks) will be eligible for this posts.
Law Officer / Legal Executive (Contract): Candidates for the positions of law officer and legal executive (contract) must have a bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of 60% (SC, ST, or EWS: 50%) marks.
