Every aspirant for Indian Navy Selection requires 4 steps in the examination. The first step is a written test after that physical test with a medical test. After these procedures, a merit list will be made for recruitment of the Indian Navy.

Indian Navy SSR/AA/MR Exam Pattern

Written Test

• It is a CBT (Computer Based test) written test.
• The exam pattern is MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
• The question Paper contains 100 Questions in 4 sections (Maths, English, Science, General Awareness).
• Each section contains 25 questions
• The question paper will be available in Hindi & English medium.
• The question will be of 10+2 level
• Each question will be of 1 mark
• 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
• The total duration of the exam is 60 mins

Physical Test

• Height: 157cm
• Weight: According to height
• Chest: 5cm expression
• Running: 1.6KM in 7 Mins
• Pushup: 10
• Squirts: 20

Every candidate will be checked for height and weight first after that Running, Pushups, and Squirts tests will be conducted.

Medical Test

Candidates who pass the PET (Physical Eligibility Test) will have to undergo a medical test. In the medical test, the entire body of the candidate is examined.
