Air Force Group Y Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates for Technical Trades (Group X) and Non-Technical Trades (Group Y) in the Air Force must have been born between January 16, 2001, and December 29, 2004. Candidates must be under the age of 21 at the time of enrollment. The following are the educational qualifications:
- Candidates in Group X must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English as subjects. Candidates must have a 50 percent overall score and a 50 percent English score.
- Candidates in Group Y (excluding IAF(s) and Musician Trades) must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations in relevant courses authorized by the Central/State Education Board with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and 50% in English.
